WIKIFARMER WHOLESALE MARKET TERMS OF USE FOR SUPPLIERS
In the case of customers or companies from Spain, products purchased through our website will be provided through our subsidiary WIKIFARMER ESPAÑA, SL with CIF B70993589 and registered office at República Argentina, 24. Pl 2 - Sevilla - 41011 (Seville). The specific terms and conditions of purchase will be provided at the time of the contract. In these cases, Spanish law will apply.
A. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. WEBSITE
Wikifarmer (as such is defined below) operates the global internet platform https://wikifarmer.com (the “Website”) and has established the following terms of use of its digital wholesale market of agricultural products.
Use of this Website is subject to these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”), as in force at any given time, which constitute the agreement between Wikifarmer and any professional accessing the Website.
Use in any way of this Website constitutes unreserved acceptance by the user of the Terms of Use and the Wikifarmer’s Privacy Policy, as in force at any given time.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully as set out below before using our Website. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you may not access Wikifarmer Wholesale Market and you are kindly requested to exit this Website.
2. WIKIFARMER WHOLESALE MARKET
Any reference in the present to “we”, “our” or “Wikifarmer”, shall mean the single member private company under the trade name “WIKIFARMER SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY”, duly organized and governed by the laws of Greece, with registered office at 93-95 Galatsiou Avenue, 11146, Galatsi, Attica, Greece, Tax Reg. No. 801334509 and GEMI No. 154623401000. Any reference in the present to “you”, shall mean any Supplier (as defined below) accessing the Website.
Wikifarmer Wholesale Market is an online wholesale market for agricultural and other related products (the “Products”). Any prospective professional supplier of Products (the “Supplier”) may create a profile, present its products and offer them for sale to Wikifarmer. Any prospective wholesale buyer of Products which is a legal entity or an individual acting in their professional capacity (the “Buyer”) may enter the Website and seek and express interest in and/or purchase any Products from Wikifarmer. Wikifarmer Wholesale Market has been created to enable Suppliers to sell their Products and Buyers to purchase Products on a wholesale basis through the Website. The Supplier is legally responsible for complying with the health code, market and tax provisions concerning sales of agricultural and related products and acknowledges that Wikifarmer is not the ultimate wholesale buyer of the Products, but a resupplier of the Products to prospective Buyers through Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. For the avoidance of doubt and for completeness, it is clarified that a Buyer cannot be a natural person acting in their capacity as consumer.
B. TERMS OF USE
These terms describe the rights and obligations of Suppliers, who may only be business users (i.e. legal entities or individuals acting in their professional capacity) in relation to the use of the services provided by Wikifarmer and in relation to the terms of the sale of Products carried out through Wikifarmer Wholesale Market between Suppliers, Wikifarmer and Buyers. Each Supplier shall have the obligations and rights deriving from these Terms of Use to the extent that it acts as the Supplier in the Wikifarmer Wholesale Market.
1. SUPPLIER REGISTRATION
In order to sell a Product on Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, the Supplier shall create an account/profile on the Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. The trade name, the ΤΙΝ number and the registered offices of the Supplier are required in order to create the account. Any information provided by the Supplier in their profile may be publicly available to users of the Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. The Supplier shall also provide to Wikifarmer any documentation requested as proof of its valid incorporation and its good standing, as well as its legal existence and representation. Upon registration, the Supplier acquires its professional vendor profile on the Wikifarmer Wholesale Market and can present Products and offer them for sale to Wikifarmer.
2. CODE OF CONDUCT - COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
2.1. Wikifarmer Wholesale Market has been created to enable suppliers to present their Products online and offer them to Wikifarmer. As a condition for selling Products through Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, Suppliers must comply with these Wikifarmer Wholesale Terms of Use.
2.2. Suppliers must comply with the rules and regulations of Greek, EU and international laws and the relevant legislations governing the sale of Products, and they must refrain from any unlawful or abusive conduct when using the Wikifarmer Wholesale Market and in relation to it, and they must refrain from adopting unfair-competition practices or other illegal practices. Suppliers shall comply fully with all manner of health code, tax and market laws and regulations governing the sale of their Products and are individually liable for any violation thereof. Furthermore, they are responsible for the quality of the Products they make available through Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. Wikifarmer has the right: (a) to request the required information, documentation and proof of compliance with these laws and regulations from the Supplier and (b) to terminate cooperation with the non-compliant Supplier.
2.3. The Supplier shall be liable for any loss caused to Wikifarmer through misuse or unfair use of the Website and the services offered through it. If Wikifarmer is involved in any lawsuit or is called upon to pay any kind of compensation due to the breach of the Supplier's obligations under these terms, the Supplier will be liable to compensate and indemnify Wikifarmer for this reason.
2.4. Wikifarmer shall not be obliged to cover or make good any damage or disputes resulting from the use of the information provided through this Website. The Suppliers undertake not to make use of the services provided through this platform for the commission of criminal offences in accordance with the applicable Laws where the services are used. Furthermore, they shall not send, publish, or transmit through this electronic platform content that is illegal or offensive or harmful to Wikifarmer Wholesale Market and/or its users and/or any third party.
2.5. Wikifarmer Wholesale Market offers users the opportunity to state and share their opinion about the Products and/or articles that appear on the Website. Nevertheless, it reserves the right not to post content that it may consider abusive, defamatory or insulting to Wikifarmer Wholesale, its partners or the other users of the website.
3. SUPPLIER ACCOUNT TERMINATION
3.1. The agreement concluded through Supplier’s registration on the Wikifarmer Wholesale Market is of indefinite duration. Wikifarmer reserves the right to remove or deactivate access to a Supplier for any reason at its sole discretion, with prior notification of the suspension to the Supplier's email address with immediate effect. In any case, the Supplier reserves the right to request a virtual meeting with Wikifarmer, but Wikifarmer shall not be under any obligation to accept such request.
3.2. In the event that the Supplier has repeatedly breached the applicable Terms of Use or Wikifarmer Wholesale Market is obliged to cease to cooperate with the Supplier due to a legal or regulatory obligation or for an unforeseen reason under applicable law or otherwise, in accordance with EU and national law Wikifarmer reserves the right to cancel any concluded sale of Products of the Supplier not delivered and terminate the cooperation. Following the termination or cancellation of the Supplier’s account for any reason whatsoever, Wikifarmer Wholesale Market shall have no obligation to pay the Supplier any fee or compensation for loss of profit due to termination of cooperation.
4. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE SUPPLIER
By registering on Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, the Supplier represents and warrants that (a) any Products offered for sale fully comply with all applicable laws in locations in which the Products are produced and/or distributed and shall provide for any of the Products, upon request of Wikifarmer, all reports and required information, (b) all Products purchased by Wikifarmer are free from defects and conform to the requirements of all applicable legislation and regulations including in particular with those relating to health, safety and hygiene, (c) it possesses and is in compliance with all necessary licenses, permits and approvals required to execute, deliver and perform its obligations, (d) each Product is the result of agricultural production, whether or not it is packaged, by a lawful producer, it has been lawfully imported (as the case may be) into the country and it is accompanied by all the necessary certificates, (e) the Products themselves and each and every sign, mark, trademark and/or distinctive element that any Product bears do not infringe any third party intellectual property and/or other equivalent and/or similar rights, in any jurisdiction.
5. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY OF SUPPLIER
5.1. The Supplier shall keep fully indemnified Wikifarmer and its officers, agents, employees and customers against any and all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever brought or made against Wikifarmer or sustained or incurred by Wikifarmer in respect or as a result of any defect of the Products and/or any incompliance of the Supplier with the Terms of Use/and or the Supplier’s Agreement and/or breach of any legal provision governing the sale of the Products.
5.2. Wikifarmer reserves the right to remove any Product from Wikifarmer Wholesale Market if the Product in question gave rise to a claim of refund by a Buyer. Within ten (10) days of receiving notification from Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, the Supplier is obliged to pay back to Wikifarmer the total amount received for that Product. If the Supplier is unable to return the money to Wikifarmer, the latter reserves the right (i) to remove the Supplier's Product or Products from Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, or (ii) to terminate the account/profile of the Supplier in Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, without prejudice to any other right of Wikifarmer.
5.3. In the event of disagreement between the Supplier and Wikifarmer as to whether the Purchase Order (as defined below) was executed, the Supplier expressly and unreservedly acknowledges that Wikifarmer, should it deem, at its unfettered discretion, that the order was not executed correctly and properly, may refrain from paying the price to the Supplier without being liable for this reason for any compensation to the Supplier.
5.4. Wikifarmer assumes no liability to users or any third party if the information provided by users\third parties in relation to the business accounts is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent.
5.5. Wikifarmer, or any of its affiliates, and/or subsidiaries, underlying service providers, business partners, information providers, account providers, licensors, employees, officers, managers, directors, contractors, distributors or agents bear no responsibility under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special damages or costs or pecuniary penalties, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, loss of information or data or loss of customers, loss of or damage to assets, or any claims by third parties arising out of or in connection with the use, copying or presentation of this Website or its contents or any other connected Website, whether or not Wikifarmer had been informed, knew about or should have been aware of such a possibility.
5.6. Wikifarmer’s exclusion of liability applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence) or equity and even if Wikifarmer has been notified of the possibility of such loss or damage.
5.7. Wikifarmer assumes no responsibility for any errors or viruses of any kind or for any loss of data or other damage to the user or third parties, whether due to use/copying/downloading viruses or to a virus attack or to other unauthorized third-party interventions in files or information available through the website.
5.8. Without prejudice to the provisions of term 11 below, Wikifarmer is in no way liable for any damage or loss of profit resulting from transactions made outside Wikifarmer Wholesale, including transactions that may have originated from Wikifarmer Wholesale Market but took place offline or outside Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. Wikifarmer Wholesale Market may, but has no obligation to, evaluate, assess, adopt, accept or approve information, and its provision through this Website may under no circumstances be deemed to constitute the provision of advice or recommendation, offer, proposal or acceptance of a proposal to enter into any agreement or transaction with Wikifarmer Wholesale Market or with third parties. The user is exclusively responsible for the use, assessment, evaluation and utilisation of the information provided at any given time. The taking of any business or other decisions based on this information is at the sole risk of the user, and Wikifarmer Wholesale Market shall not be obliged to cover or make good any damage or disputes resulting from the use of the information provided through this website.
5.9. Where access to specific information requires the use of a security code (PIN) issued by Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, each user is solely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of their code and bears exclusively the risk of damage to themselves or Wikifarmer Wholesale Market caused by access of a third party in any way to their codes.
6. ORDERS – DISPATCH – PAYMENT METHODS – BILLING
6.1. Each Supplier may receive an expression of interest from Wikifarmer for the purchase of Products offered on Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. Wikifarmer may place orders to the Supplier via e-mail, specifying the requested quantity of Products to be purchased at the price proposed by the Supplier, as well as the destination and the delivery date or any other information necessary to effect delivery of the Products (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Order”).
6.2. Supplier bears sole responsibility for the determination of the sale prices of its Products to Wikifarmer (the “Supplier’s Price”). The Supplier’s Price shall not include any VAT or similar taxes applicable on the purchase price presented to Wikifarmer. When submitting the Products to be made available on Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, the Supplier shall indicate distinctly the VAT applicable to each Product, as per the relevant form. The Supplier’s Price must be exclusively in euros (€). The discount applicable to Wikifarmer on the Supplier’s Price excluding VAT (where VAT is payable) for each Product dispatched and sold will be expressly agreed between the Supplier and Wikifarmer as per the terms of the Supplier’s Agreement.
6.3. The Supplier acknowledges that Wikifarmer submits Purchase Orders to purchase Products with a view to reselling them to Buyers. The Supplier’s Price of the Products cannot be revealed to the Buyer in any way (i.e. orally or in written form) and shall not be disclosed in Wikifarmer Wholesale Market by the Supplier. The Supplier’s Price is only determined in the agreement to be concluded between the Supplier and Wikifarmer relating to the sale of Products by the Supplier to Wikifarmer (the “Supplier’s Agreement”) and Wikifarmer is entitled to resell such products to any Buyer at any price agreed between Wikifarmer and the Buyer (the “List Price”).
6.4. Should the Supplier accept the Purchase Order, it shall deliver the Products ordered at the agreed time and to the destination requested by Wikifarmer, complying with the agreed quality criteria of the Product, as these have been presented on Wikifarmer Wholesale Market at the sole responsibility of the Supplier. The Supplier is responsible for compliance with all health code, market and tax provisions that pertain to deliveries of the Products. In case delivery of the Products is Ex Works (in accordance with the Incoterms valid at the time of order acknowledgement, packed but not loaded) Wikifarmer must be notified within minimum one week prior to the expected pick-up date. Notification shall be sent by e-mail and include the net weight and gross weight, the total volume, the item code, quantity and Purchase Order number.
6.5. If the Product does not meet the qualitative criteria of the Purchase Order, and/or if it has deteriorated, and/or if it is not accompanied by the necessary labelling and all the necessary documents (Invoice/Consignment Note) Wikifarmer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days without any other obligation to the Supplier or any third party (e.g. Transport Company), and the Supplier shall return any amount received for this sale from Wikifarmer, including shipping costs, if any.
6.6. Method of payment: All payments shall be effected from Wikifarmer via bank transfer, to such bank account as shall be designated by the Supplier in writing, immediately following unconditional and undisputed receipt of the Products by the Buyer and the receipt by Wikifarmer of the respective invoice and/or the packing slip, as well as any other document and legal instrument which accompanies the Products and/or is necessary for their receipt, or otherwise if mutually agreed by the parties.
6.7. Suppliers – acting in their capacity as data controllers for Buyers’ personal data, the processing of which is necessary for receiving and sending orders – guarantee that they fully comply with personal data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR), Law 4624/2019, Law 3471/2006 and other applicable regulation, with respect to the use of Buyers’ personal data, and hereby declare that they shall refrain from any use of Buyers’ personal data for marketing purposes.
7. DELIVERY- RISK AND PROPERTY
7.1. The Products shall be delivered by the Supplier or a third party on the specified in the Purchase Order delivery date to the delivery address stated on the Purchase Order, or to such other place of delivery as is notified in writing by Wikifarmer prior to delivery of the Products as per the terms of the Supplier’s Agreement. The Supplier agrees to immediately notify Wikifarmer of any delay or anticipated delay in delivery. Wikifarmer is not obliged to accept any partial or early or delayed deliveries and/or deliveries without appropriate delivery documentation.
7.2. The Supplier undertakes the obligation to deliver the Products at its own expense or at the expense of Wikifarmer if it is mutually agreed in the Incoterms and in accordance with the agreed delivery terms. The Supplier acknowledges that Wikifarmer purchases the Products with a view to reselling them to the Buyer and therefore the Products may be directly delivered to and/or picked-up by the Buyer as indicated in the Purchase Order.
7.3. Products shall remain at the ownership and risk of the Supplier until completion of their delivery to Wikifarmer or the Buyer (as the case may be) has duly taken place in accordance with the Terms of Use (including off-loading and stacking), at which point only shall Wikifarmer or the Buyer (as the case may be) acquire ownership and assume risk. If there is any conflict between this term and the applicable Incoterm, this term shall prevail, unless the Parties have otherwise agreed in writing.
8. PROVISION OF INFORMATION
If the Supplier sells any Product through the Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, it agrees to provide Wikifarmer with any forms, information, documents or other certifications Wikifarmer may request, to satisfy any reporting or tax obligations relating to the Supplier’s use of the Website and/or comply with the applicable legal framework (including but not limited to any applicable food law and safety regulations), and/or to ensure that transactions made through this Website comply with applicable legal provisions. Non-fulfilment of the Supplier’s obligation to demonstrate the legality of its transactions and compliance with the legal framework shall constitute grounds for the deletion and total deactivation of its account. Nothing contained in the Wikifarmer Wholesale Terms constitutes an employment relationship, service or partnership between Wikifarmer Wholesale and any Supplier.
9. COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE AVOIDANCE
In case the Supplier makes use of Wikifarmer Wholesale Market in order to gain information, useful connections, know-how and expertise with the intention to develop a competitive platform to Wikifarmer Wholesale Market, the Supplier shall pay to Wikifarmer the total amount of Euros 100,000 without prejudice to any other Wikifarmer's rights.
10. ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT
10.1. The Supplier is responsible for any activity carried out on or through their account. To protect your account, keep your password confidential. Do not reuse your account password on other services. If you forget your password and you cannot otherwise validate your Wikifarmer Wholesale account, you acknowledge and agree that your account may be unreachable by you and that all data associated with your account may be unrecoverable.
10.2. Furthermore, you understand and accept that the Internet is not a secure environment and Wikifarmer is not liable for any loss of data or other damage to the recipient or third parties due to either use or delayed transmission, interception, alteration or virus contamination. The recipient bears sole responsibility for protecting their system from viruses and accepting e-mails. Wikifarmer and those responsible for its creation and maintenance do not bear and disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of the Website, the transfer of data, or a possible violation of the Terms of Use. We remind you that every effort is made to create a safe and pleasant trading environment.

11. INDUCEMENT TO MAKE PURCHASES OUTSIDE WIKIFARMER WHOLESALE - NON CIRCUMVENTION
11.1. The Supplier cannot use Wikifarmer Wholesale Market to sell Products directly to any Buyer. The Supplier undertakes and shall procure that any of its affiliates undertake, not to sell, directly or indirectly, Products or any other products to any Buyer or any of its affiliates, or accept an order for the sale of products by the Buyer or any of its affiliates, for a period of five (5) years as of the date of the sale of Products by the Supplier through Wikifarmer Wholesale Market.
11.2. Buyers and Suppliers are prohibited from engaging in any activity designed to facilitate a transaction outside Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. Buyers and Suppliers cannot share or directly request contact information. Buyers and Suppliers may not forward external website links or emails facilitating sales outside Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. Buyers and Suppliers cannot use user information to contact another member to buy or sell outside Wikifarmer Wholesale Market. Finally, during product delivery, Suppliers are expressly prohibited from offering catalogues or brochures that encourage ordering items outside Wikifarmer Wholesale Market.
11.3. Any user activity that does not follow Wikifarmer Wholesale Market Terms of Use will result in a number of actions, such as: blocking of some or all of your messages to other members, reduction of supplier rating, sale and purchase restrictions, suspension or deletion of an account, application of charges and recovery of costs for oversight, monitoring and enforcement of this policy. No charges paid for accounts for which we undertake any such oversight action will be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
11.4. In the event of breach of this term 11 of these Terms of Use the Supplier shall indemnify Wikifarmer for the entire loss and damage suffered by Wikifarmer (including indirect and consequential loss and damage as well as loss of profits).
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1. The content of this Website, such as texts, pictures, photographs, company trademarks and graphics are the exclusive property of Wikifarmer. All rights are reserved. Use of the Website and its services does not grant you the ownership of any intellectual or other rights of possession or interest over it or the content that you access. You may not remove, cover or alter any statements on legal matters that appear on or in parallel to the Website and the Services.
12.2. It is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce or retransmit any material without the written consent of the company or its partners.
12.3. Wikifarmer is not liable or responsible for the Supplier’s content and/or any third party content on the Website.
12.4. The Website may offer the Supplier the opportunity to post photos of your products, your trade name, signs, marks, trademarks and/or other necessary information on the Products. (“Content”).
12.5. The Supplier grants to Wikifarmer a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, edit, adapt, publish, reproduce, translate, sub-license, create derivative works from, make available, communicate, display, store and distribute your Content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, format, media, or technology now known or later developed (including without limitation in print, digital and electronic form) throughout the world in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
12.6. Notwithstanding 13.5 above, the Supplier acknowledges that Wikifarmer is not responsible for the Supplier’s Content, you remaining the sole responsible.
12.7. By uploading or submitting Content to the Website, you warrant and represent that you are the sole author of and owner of all proprietary rights in the Content. If the Content includes any material proprietary to a third party, you warrant that you have obtained the permission of such third party owners to use their material in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
12.8. The Supplier shall indemnify Wikifarmer and shall keep the latter indemnified against all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, claims and expenses (including any professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by Wikifarmer arising out of or in connection with any breach or alleged breach by the Supplier of this clause 12.
12.9. The Supplier undertakes to defend Wikifarmer from and against any claim or action by a third party that the use or possession of any Content submitted or uploaded to the Website infringes the intellectual property of such third party (“IP Claim”), and shall indemnify Wikifarmer and keep the latter indemnified against all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, claims and expenses (including any professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by Wikifarmer arising out of or in connection with any such IP Claim.
13. AMENDMENT TO THE TERMS
It is expressly agreed that these terms of use may be unilaterally revised and updated following notification of the Suppliers of any proposed change. The proposed changes are not implemented before the expiry of the fifteen-day deadline within which Wikifarmer Wholesale notifies the Suppliers of the applicable changes.
14. INTERNAL COMPLAINTS HANDLING SYSTEM – MEDIATION
14.1. Wikifarmer Wholesale Market provides an internal system for handling complaints received from Wikifarmer Wholesale Market users. This system is easily accessible, free of charge to the users, ensures the processing of disputes within a reasonable time.
14.2. The Parties also agree to the potential for out-of-court dispute resolution through the establishment of a mediation system. To this end, Wikifarmer may work with two (2) mediators from the Register of Mediators of the Hellenic Ministry of Justice to reach an agreement between the latter and the Store regarding any disputes that may arise during provision of Wikifarmer services to the Supplier, including any complaints that cannot be resolved through the aforementioned internal handling system.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION - APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by Greek law and any difference or dispute between Suppliers and Wikifarmer concerning the interpretation and/or application of these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the competent Courts of Athens. Any change in legislation or case law, partial or total invalidity of one of the terms hereof, shall not impact the effect or validity of the remaining terms of the contractual relationship between the contracting parties.
16. PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the Website and the services provided through it, the user acknowledges that they have read and accepted our Privacy Policy and that Wikifarmer Wholesale Market may use their information in the context of its Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and in specific Regulation EU 2016/679 (the GDPR), Law 4624/2019, Law 3471/2006, and any other applicable regulation. By using and benefiting from Wikifarmer Wholesale Market services, users acknowledge that we can provide our services only by processing their personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy. APPENDIX
The Wikifarmer trading company
- assigns to the supplier the work of packaging and standardization of various categories of food on its behalf
- concludes with this contract a purchase agreement for agricultural products with the supplier
or in accordance with the following terms:
A1. The supplier is required to fully comply with the requirements of National and European legislation on Hygiene, Safety & Traceability of food that pertain to the operation of the business.
Α2. The final products delivered by the supplier shall meet the general specifications based on National & EU standards and regulations, also complying with the safety criteria provided for by the applicable legislation against microbiological and chemical parameters.
A3.1 The supplier undertakes to correctly implement the self-monitoring system (HACCP) and individual processes provided for in the Food Safety Management Systems it may implement (e.g. ISO 22000, IFS FOOD, BRC, etc.). In the event of significant changes in the production processes with a potential impact on food safety and quality, as well as in the event of changes in the applied HACCP system (flow chart, risk analysis, HACCP plan), the supplier is required to inform Wikifarmer immediately within 1 business day.
A3.2 The supplier undertakes to properly maintain cultivation (spraying, fertilisation) and harvest (traceability) records. In case of significant changes or incidents related to the products to be delivered (e.g. detection of pesticide residues above the allowed limits, product recall, inspection by Public Authority), the supplier is required to promptly inform Wikifarmer within 1 business day.
A4. The supplier undertakes to keep detailed production records in a manner that ensures full traceability of the products and materials pertaining to the batches produced on behalf of Wikifarmer. If random copies of such files are requested, the supplier undertakes to send them to Wikifarmer within 1 business day.
A5. The supplier undertakes on behalf of Wikifarmer the temporary storage of the final packaged products, until they are loaded by the cooperating carrier indicated by Wikifarmer.
Α6. The supplier undertakes to faithfully implement the procedures for handling “Non-Compliant Products / Processes, Crisis Management Food Defense and to faithfully implement procedures for preventive measures to avoid Food Fraud". Should deviations arise that affect the quality, safety and compliance of the products produced, the supplier is required to promptly inform Wikifarmer.
A7.1 The supplier undertakes to package the raw materials indicated by Wikifarmer in full compliance with all procedures for separation from other products owned by the supplier.

Specifically regarding GLOBALGAP certified products received and packaged on behalf of Wikifarmer, the relevant instructions shall be fully implemented.
Α8. The supplier undertakes to use packaging materials that come from approved suppliers and that meet the requirements of National and European legislation on materials and objects that come into contact with food.
Α9. The supplier commits to abide by the rules set by the National and European legislation on organic and PDO-PGI products. Especially for certified products received and packed on behalf of Wikifarmer, the relevant instructions must be strictly observed.
Α10. In cases where the supplier undertakes the transport of the products, his/her obligations are as follows:
- To maintain all legally required permits for the storage of the food products
- To comply with and adopt all hygiene and safety rules necessary, related to food product transportation
- Before loading the transport vehicles, their condition (e.g. absence of strange smells, high dust load, humidity, pests, mould) will be checked
- Procedures will be implemented to prevent any contaminations during transport (food/non-food/different categories of goods)
- For goods transported under refrigerated (cooling) conditions, the temperature will be checked and documented before loading and the range of permissible temperatures during transport will be checked, documented, and be adequately maintained at the appropriate levels throughout the whole period of the transportation
- The appropriate precautionary measures of the Food Defense plan will be followed

B1. Wikifarmer is obliged to inform the supplier in good time about upcoming orders, precisely defining the details of each batch, including potential quality requirements.
Β2. Product labelling information and issuing of labels is carried out by the supplier and must be in compliance with the applicable National and European legislation.
Β3. The minimum product specifications must comply with the rules set out by the applicable National and European legislation for each product category. Moreover, any additional quality requirements stated in the order must be taken into consideration pursuant to paragraph B1.
